Rubber is robust, long-lasting and requires little compression to provide a seal against the ingress of air, dust, fibres, moisture, water or UV light.

Solid Rubber Specifications

Our full range of Rubber materials includes the following:

  • Neoprene
  • EPDM Rubber
  • Nitrile
  • Silicone sponge
  • Natural Rubber
  • Styrene-butadiene (SBR)

Silicone and natural Rubber have water council approval (abbreviated to W.R.C.) for use in applications utilising potable water.

We can supply these materials in a thickness range from 0.8mm upwards and hold a range in stock for immediate processing. Non-stock materials have a quick turnaround time and can often be sourced within a few days.

Alanto is a leading supplier of Rubber with extensive production capabilities. The material can be provided in custom cut dimensions to cater for your individual requirements and can also be die-cut into Rubber products such as gaskets and strips.

Our Solid Rubber materials can be supplied with pressure sensitive self-adhesive on one side if the application requires them to be in a fixed location.

Our cutting facilities allow us to convert Solid Rubber materials from the roll width which is normally 1.4 meters.
