Technology

Our Foam Rubber rolls and sheets products can be supplied to your individual dimensional requirements. Both formats can be supplied in thicknesses from 1mm upwards and 1mtr wide up to a maximum of 200mtrs roll length. So whether you are looking for a thin Rubber sheet or a thicker version solution for your application, our Foam can be cut to your required specifications.

Adhesives
Alanto’s Foam Rubber products can be pre-laminated with pressure sensitive adhesives, which can be applied to all of our materials before conversion. We have an extensive portfolio of permanent and removable adhesives to suit numerous applications. Our broad range of adhesives has been developed and tested to conform to the most critical and demanding of Foam Rubber applications.

Product Specification

Our Foam Rubber sheets and rolls can be manufactured and supplied in various densities and hardness qualities to assist in solving high-performance sealing applications. Our sponge Rubber sheets can be supplied in the following materials:

  • Polyethylene Foam

  • Vinyl Nitrile Foam Sheets
These materials are durable, flexible and highly robust – they provide cushioning, reduce noise transmission and assist in vibration dampening.
Neoprene and EPDM
These cellular Foam Rubber sheet products perform in high-temperature situations up to a maximum of 130C. They also provide outstanding flexibility in cold temperature applications down to -40C.

All materials above provide extremely flexible sealing and gasket capabilities and exhibit excellent recovery attributes following compression.
